My name is Latiffa Kerbal and I support the proposed regulations. My boyfriend and I love to fish, hike and camp all over Nothern VA and I feel very strongly that those places stay beautiful and clean not only for me, but for future generations. I am very disturbed to learn about the increasing fish kills, water contamination, the occurance of intersex fish, not to mention the impact that a lack of waste management and regulation can have on the human population and I want to know that these issues are taken seriously and to heart.

VA is a beautiful state and I want to keep it that way.
