Please add my name to the list of folks who favor stricter control of poultry litter.   It seems like for far to long agricultural “businesses” have been getting a free pass when it comes to polluting and exploiting our natural resources.  There has to be a near collapse of the ecosystem before they (VA government) takes notice!  Further regulation is LONG overdue!
