I am connected to rivers affected by poultry and other live stock wastes and run offs. Responsible use of fertilizers is very important in this effort. This waste affects the quality in a very bad way killing fish in the rivers and contributing to the poor water quality of the Chesapeake Bay. Please do whatever you can to reduce and eliminate this risk.
I am in favor regulation to limit any additional Phosphorus from entering Virginia waters.
