I am an outdoorsman who has fished and enjoyed the Shenandoah river and its tributaries for over 40 years. During that time, I have been witness to the ever increasing degredation of  water quality brought on by the growth of the poultry industry in the watershed. This problem needs to be reversed now.
I support and urge the passage of a long overdo comprehensive regulation to control producers and users of poultry industry waste.
