I am an avid angler that primarily fishes for smallmouth bass on the affected rivers.  I belong to the Old Dominion Smallmouth Club in Richmond Virginia.
 
It sounds like common sense legislation that will allow for a balance between business needs and the safety of our water supply.  I support this legislation.
