Hello Jeff. I'm "sigmo" on the rs website but my name is Larry Sigmon. My address is 804 Indiana st Salem VA, 24153. I'm writing you regarding the email I recieve from Ben Hynes. In that email it said you wanted our addresses, how we use the water and how we feel about regulation. I recently fished the Shenandoah and plan to continue doing so if the fish kills don't get any worse. I'm all for regulation of chicken litter as well as any other foreign substances going into our rivers. I would prefer a complete ban on the practice of using harmful substances that may make into the watershed of our rivers but am happy to see it taking this crucial step.
