My name is Jan T Ward and I live at 3056 Silver Maple Dr, Virginia Beach, VA. 23452. I am connected in many ways.  First I am a member of the Tidewater Kayak Anglers Association and fish the Chesapeake all the time.  But before I became a tidewater fisher I used to go to the James and the Shenandoah rivers in the summer to canoe and fish for small mouth.  It is still my favorite type of fishing.   I believe the pending regulation are good for the environment and good for Virginians as a whole.  Let me know who I should write or how else I could help.
