Something needs to be done about the pollution in the rivers of virginia.  I have fished the James and Shenandoa rivers for over 30 years.  I release 100% as most do.  If it is pultry waste that is killing the fish in the rivers then it must be properly managed.  I was on the James this past weekend and the foam around the rapids is getting bigger.  I do not know the cause, what I know is that the foam balls forming is not normal.
I have stopped visiting the Shenandoa for fear of dying from all the pollution.  I do not want to ever handle the fish.
