How Connected to Rivers affected by poultry: I fish, wade, and swim in the south fork of the shenandoah on a weekly basis. My use of the river is the only way I spend my free time, and am getting tired of the pollution problems.

What I think: This regulation would greatly benefit the river and its regular users. I want to know that the water I wade, fish, and swim in is clean, and I want the impact of fish kills to be greatly reduced in the future. The shenandoah is one of the most beautiful rivers in america, lets try and keep her clean.
