On page 21 section E the proposed regulation covers multiple employees occupying a vehicle for work purposes.  As currently written it states the employer shall ensure compliance with 'respiratory' protection and personnel protective equipment standards applicable to its industry.  The last sentence mentions requirements of any applicable executive order.  I consider this vague in determining if face coverings are satisfactory.  It should be clearly stated what is required for multiple employee travel in a work vehicle.
