Mask Requirement for Students in Schools

I am a public school teacher, and I am concerned about the transmission of COVID-19 should schools return to in person session in the fall. Having teachers wear PPE is not enough, while out younger students may not be likely to fall ill from COVID-19 they are still carrying the virus. Elementary schools are already know for the rampant spread of illness, but spreading COVID-19 could be deadly. Teachers and their families should not be made tributes for the sake or normalcy. If schools are to reopen, PPE for students should be required.
