Exactly who thought this was a good idea to make us pay to be tracked?   OH, the EVV technology companies making money off the disabled.  Fraud in consumer directed services is extremely low.  EVV made me quit the job I had as an attendant under CDCN.   It wasn't worth it.  I was trying to help out someone.  DMAS doesn't want those people served in the community.
