Cell Trak not working again

EVV is a huge waste of my time and my son’s attendants time.  The Cell Trak app we have to use isn’t working again. It clocked one attendant out last night at some point during her shift and when I looked on the portal, it had recorded no time worked at all. Today a different attendant was not able to clock in.  Both attendants got an error about my son not being a participant, but his Medicaid was just renewed a couple months ago.  Now all three of us will waste more time on phone calls with CDCN trying to figure out the problem, which of course won’t even happen until business hours on Monday—when we are trying to actually work our jobs.  It’s so frustrating.  As a mom to a child with highly specialized needs, I already spend hours dealing with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, school personnel, I don’t need this added stress!
