CMS says Virginia doesn't have to have live in providers do EVV.  Virginia said they wouldn't do anything more then the federal law requires.  If that is true exempt live ins then.  How could this cost anything?  Live ins are already identified by the fiscal agents and since they keep track of the time how would this cost anything?
