The rollout of electronic visit verification (EVV) for home care has created a “firestorm” of complaints …  but that is ok to DMAS because they just think we are too stupid sheep to understand how to use an app... They don't understand we can't afford smart devices or services and that NO...  Medicaid didn't pass out everyone a free smart phone with unlimited service.  Maybe DMAS is the stupid sheep.
