Impossible to sanitize device
 

I've been using the app since mid November.  What a pain in the rear it is!  No telling how many adult diaperings delayed and pairs of gloves wasted, because I had to stop in the middle of clean ups to clock in or out (not to mention the device getting soiled and having to clean it, but with buttons, it is impossible to sanitize it).  Then, got distracted by waiting on app updates, having to turn phone on and off to get app to work, etc.. Twice, I've had to dry hands and step away from the tub to clock out.  When we took our adult child out of state, I could not log on to the app the entire time we were gone.  They say too many manual adjustments to hours could cause the consumer to lose services.  This infuriates me!
