These workers are hands on persons: the complete opposite of a techie.  They are paid the lowest of wages.  The majority don't know tech and don't want to know tech.  They specialize in people as in not just conversation, as in DOING.  Thank God for them!  When my father needed care, they were there.  I will never forget the care he received!  They do the hands on work many do not want to do.  They are good with anything people to include the most private and basic of human assistance needs.  Why in the world would you ask them to use an application and make their tough, low paying, very important jobs more burdensome?  Why?
