Since Jan 1st. EOR & Attendants are being flagged for "non compliance" emails are being sent on DMAS behalf to ensure that we are using the EVV application correctly.
The app fails multiple times a day some days, doesn't allow for long in or clock out, shuts down to the point that it has to be deleted & reinstalled( at which time you have to call CDCN & have them unregistered the device & register it again) ALL OF THIS JUST FOR THE LOCATION OF THE DISABLED PERSON & ATTENDANTS!!
When these issues happen week after week, I have to adjust the time on the web portal. There fore by that action, that is entirely the fault of EVV, I am being flagged non compliant. TO WHAT END ? Trying day after day to use this because we are forced to & because I Do Not want to loose my sons services, nor my attendants. WE COULD NOT MAKE IT WITH OUT THESE SERVICES!
My son is 6 years old, I have a very long road with his disability, having ALL of the issues with EVV only adds more stress and frustration to an already heartbreaking life.
