Isn't there enough on people that are disabled and the attendants caring for them without having extra burdens placed on them such as this restrictive, socialistic evv?  It is damaging to the disabled community.  What kind of law is this attacking the disabled as if they are criminals?  The attendants must have strict background checks as well, so they are not criminals as well.  This is not helping the disabled community, but it is creating more chaos than anything.  WE ARE NOT CRIMINALS.
