Stating that exam must be completed within the last thirty (30) days by a licensed physician.
Comment:
This language is antiquated in our current healthcare landscape. Physician Assistants are commonplace in medical offices and often see patients to perform the physical exams.
Recommendation:
Revise language to include "or designee" OR revise language to “licensed healthcare professional.”
