These hybrid appraisals appear to be a very "short term" conclusion to current  so-called headaches within the industry.  Please do not give the general public another reason to distrust our appraisal services.  Allowing unlicensed, unregulated individuals to play such a vital role in the valuation process seems miscalculated, narrow minded, and guarantees for more fraud, not less, with huge long term consequences.
