Wind turbines are WHITE ELEPHANTS and are unfit for Virginia's world famous mountain skyline

INDUSTRIAL WIND TURBINES ARE WHITE ELEPHANTS before they ever unreliably produce one megawatt of energy and are unfit for Virginia's ridges.
Wind is unreliable and intermittent in Virginia's scenic mountains and industrial ridge top turbines SHOULD NEVER BE BUILT
The manufacturing of wind turbines consumes over 500 tons of rare earth magnets per turbine.
The mining of rare earth magnets is a highly polluting, resource consuming and environmentally destructive industry.
The combined processes of manufacturing, construction and maintenance of wind turbines results in a zero decrease in carbon emissions.
Industrial mountain top turbines have no business destroying scenic rural Virginia.
Their high cost to taxpayers and the environment can not be justified.
Wind turbines are not green, not clean and not free.
