In a rapidly changing world those states (and countries) that see the future and move toward it will be the ones that most benefit. The very apparent future is energy produced by cleaner and increasingly cheaper methods, like solar power. My wife and I chose to be part of this future and installed rooftop solar panels to power our house and auto. We did this inspite of Virginia's lack of incentives to do so. We know that more of our neighbors will join us when Virginia's government sees the future and encourages our state to move well into the 21st century. 

We urge you to provide the leadership to move our state forward.
