We need to do whatever is possible to make Rooftop Solar Power easily available to Virginians.  I have had panels for 6 years and have generated over 37 megawatts of power with very little effort on my part.  After a 15-20 year period, all future power generated will be free.  Also, we should be supporting local Virginia businesses who build and service solar products.
