TThe policy of not paying for absences when they exceed a certain number is a hardship and a burden for parents who rely on DSS for childcare. Parents often have to bring sick children to the center because they can not afford to pay for the absence. It can be a hardship for the Centers also. We do not charge over market rates, as the parents can't afford to pay them. So if we don't charge for the absence, we lose even more. ype over this text and enter your comments here.
