As a tree farmer in south side Virginia I believe that joining RGGI will adversely affect the tree market and not help to improve the carbon amounts in the atmosphere. Forest supplied bioenergy does not add to the GHG in the atmosphere. Help protect small business in Virginia and vote against joining RGGI.
