These medically unnnecessary regulations are transparently designed to shut women's health centers down and limit reproductive choice for Virginians.This is a gross overreach, and these regulations are ONLY proposed in order to harass reproductive health providers of abortion services under the fraudulent claim of patient safety. Stop the TRAP laws which are not based on medical best practices or science, which prevent abortion providers from protecting their patient's safety and privacy, and endanger reproductive freedom for women and trans men everywhere.
