I oppose the proposed regulation that would prohibit voters from using expired Virginia driver’s licenses and U.S. passports for voting.  There is absolutely no legitimate reason for this proposal.  I have been a poll worker and Elections Official in Virginia for 10 years and have never seen any voter fraud or attempted voter fraud in the City of Alexandria Virginia and I believe the same exists throughout the Commonwealth.
