The purpose of photo ID is to confirm identification of the voter. It does not matter if the voter has given up driving and let their driver's license expire. The voter remains the same person regardless of expiration date on the photo ID.

We should be making it easier to vote, not harder. Let's not disenfranchise the poor and elderly and keep them from their right to vote.
