photo id valid even if expired

Since different types of photo ID's can be used to establish that the voter is who he/she claims to be, then it doesn't make sense that some should be considered invalid because they have expired, while others would be still valid because there is no date of expiration attached to that particular type of ID. If the purpose is to compare face to name, then what does an expiration date have to do with it?

Furthermore, making changes to voter ID law less than 100 days before elections may cause confusion. This change in the wording of the law makes no sense and should not be entered into the law book.
