I believe that expired IDs should be considered "valid" for voting. Especially for elderly voters, an expired driver's license may be their best or only photo ID. Allowing expired IDs to be used will limit the burden on registrars to issue new IDs, limit the burden on election officials checking voters at the polls, and hopefully limit the length of the lines for all of us on election day.
