If this is passed, clients will no longer have to best care given to them. THey will be ripped off because they are going to have to pay the same price as when a RDH cleans their teeth. I certainly don't want an assistant scaling my teeth! DO NOT ALLOW ASSISTANTS TO SCALE TEETH!
