Why are people who represent the people so paranoid of people voting?  If you want required/ photo IDs then the government/polictians should be REQUIRED to supply them. Politican who decide to run in an election should be required to pay a % toward valid acceptable IDs. Just that simple. Our local governent spends money on issuing voter registration cards (that do not have a photo or expiration date) and politician spend $ on campaign flyers, Ads, phoning, etc. - to get people to vote for them - then they should have the same responsibility of paying for proper IDs. Then voter registration forms should include the issuanse of an automatic valid voter ID = as a right for every registered voter to vote.

Now asking them to pay for something they require of a voter - will probably cause them to sing a different tune. This is so silly - Let people vote!
