Any changes made in voting requirements need to be made well ahead of the election, with reasonable time allowed for the voter to comply. Anything otherwise would constitute voter discrimination. I have served as an Election Officer in the state of Virginia for over ten years, and despite what various "news" sources would have us believe, we do not have a voter fraud problem. Please make it your business to ensure that voters with limited resources and mobility are not discriminated against by last minute changes to the the Voter ID Requirements.
