It’s unnecessary that photo ID’s are being required to vote at all considering that the impersonation fraud is not even an issue. That being said having an expired ID should not be a problem. As long as the picture and information about that person is visible and accurate I don’t think it matters that it is expired. They are making it more difficult for the people who are busy and want to walk in, vote and get on with their day. It is also going to be more difficult for the people who aren’t fluent English speakers and don’t keep up with these changes and regulations. It is an overall hassle for many.
