Outrageous!  The purpose of a photo ID is to ensure that a person is who he/she claims to be.  That can be clearly ascertained whether an ID is expired or not.  One can use an expired passport or drivers license to board an airplane; ID expiration should have no bearing on an individual's right to vote.  This proposal is just another example of attempted voter suppression.
