To Whom It May Concern:

I am a resident of Virginia and support the proposed regulation.  Abortion providers should not be granted special provisions under Virginia law that apply to other health care facilities.  Regardless of one's position on the abortion issue, these proposed regulations would protect the health of women, and should be finalized.  Special treatment for politically favored entities is unjust and Virginia women deserve better than game-playing with health care laws.
