This is nothing more than a blatent attempt to circumvent existing federal laws on a woman's right to control her own body and health!  This new requirements do nothing but make it more difficult  if not impossible for a woman in Virginia to elect to have an abortion as is her right and the State's duty to facilitate.  When will this attack agaist women stop?  These regulations must not proceed.
