These regulations will place an unfair burden on clinics such as Planned Parenthood which provide such a needed service for women, especially those who do not have resources for primary care. If these regulations are enacted, Planned Parenthood may have to close its doors and that would mean that cnacer screenings and other such necessary medical assistance would be out of the reach of many women. I cannot understand how an official could think these regulations are a good idea for Virginians.
