If  the current abortion facities are are closed down,  there will be abortions in far less sanitary places.  This will increase health problems and perhaps deaths of women.  Is this what the Board of Health is there for? To create health problems and obstacle to health care for women?  What if a politician were to propse state funded street vendors performing vasectomies, would the board go along with that?
