I am a Virginia resident and I am writing to oppose TRAP.  The quality and integrity of the reproductive healthcare services of clinics offering legal abortion services have been sustained for a number of years.  The proposed arbitrary and capricious and burdensome regulations would restrict access to essential health care services for the women of Virginia, and would further marginalize low-income, uninsured, and minority women by decreasing their access to health care.   Attempts to marginalize the healthcare needs through the invention of needless, arbitrary regulations will only add unnecessary costs and limit access to care.  This is a dangerous precedent for a government to set and demeans, and disrespects the healthcare needs of women.
