This issue should be decided beyond the bounds of politics.  How can the Board of Health approve these additional regulations which will have a direct bearing on a woman's (particularly the poor and those of color) access to a legal abortion?  Coming to this state 30 years ago to establish a business where i employ mostly women I am shamed at the way conservatives won't stop trying to suck away their rights---not only the right to an abortion.  They can't bring down Roe v. Wade so they shift the battle ground to state and local levels.  TRAP is just one of slew of bills submitted to the state legislature that would deny women obvious rights.

And so you become the fulcum of that battle.  If most predictions are right, you will force clinics to make changes that objective assessments deem unnecessary for the out-patient proceedure.

I urge you to make your judgement based on medical facts rather than political and religious prejudice.
