TARP (Regulation of women's health clinics in Virginia)
I am opposed to TARP because it is completely unnecessary for any modern medical reasons. It is, in fact, a case of over-regulation, nanny government run wild. Worst of all, it will deny the most vulnerable and poorest of Virginia women a wide range of health care. I urge you not to approve TARP.
