Women's health needs safe and sanitary mandatory requirements for all abortion facilities as for any other surgical setting.  There needs to be a law to protect women who undergo abortions.  Women have died post-abortion for lack of follow up care by the abortionist who did the procedure.  Families are suffering silently.
