Why not highly regulated already?!

What I cannot understand for the life of me is why abortion providers not only in VA but in the rest of America are not already under some type of regulation. Down here in FL where I live we regularly attend pro-life prayer vigils where we attempt to sidewalk counsel woman and some of the things they have told us are extremely disturbing. One had alcohol poured on her vagina, one had the abortionist Azima put on a glove reach into the woman's vagina and without her consent pulled out her small baby asking her if she was satisfied. This is all reported in the local Sarasot Herald Tribune Jan. 1986 edition and he still is performing abortions, recently causing trauma to a young woman by leaving the remains of her twins in a jar next to her on her next visit!!! This reminds me of the sick unsanitary practices of the abortionist in Philadelphia. With a woman recently dying at a Planned Parenthood in the Chicago area because the paramedics were not contacted in a timely fashion, and with those at our own clinic where ambulances and my own neice who's a paramedic makes unnecessary visits for injured woman OF COURSE there should be regulations and lots to protect our women! One woman recently told us why don't they give us any of this information inside speaking of the Pregnancy Care Centers and their phone numbers Information we had shared with her. I tell her and others I don't know that I do know they made 36.6 million above expenditures in their not for profit? help? for woman? In my opinion and thanks for the chance to voice it this and other abortion clinics like it are butcher shops permantly scarring many woman and to help who, themselves to lots of money! Also, I would like to add as a former medical supply business owner driven out of business by increased insurance costs why do me & my husband with a small town medical supply shop providing low cost medical supplies to needy elderly in our community have to have increased insurance, licensure, and be subject to inspection of our files  by the state while abortion clinics knicking the bowels of women, (that's what the local abortionist Waterman has medical malpractice  for in our town), during their so called safe, legal abortions get none?!
