From what I understand as a citizen/parent, this puts too much expense and responsibility on the shoulders of childcare workers and small businesses. While I understand the seriousness of allergic response in children, I don’t think it’s an appropriate expectation that childcare operations universally be capable of purchasing, maintaining stock, and appropriately administering this medication. The financial expense and mental toll on childcare providers to also be responsible for this level of medical intervention seems beyond the scope of their work and certainly their salaries.
