I am a state licensed child care provider and I very much oppose this being fast tracked for a law. Doctors in my area that I have spoken too say this is illegal, and not ethical by any means. My parents are opposed to it because this specifies a weight, they don't know if it color coded or how would they know it was tailored to their child? And as a provider, there is a cost that is meant for me to pay, and not to mention liability insurance that will go up because they say it's a high risk liability. I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS AT ALL!!!!!
