As a student of acupuncture, I strongly oppose this legislation. Dry needling is not safe with the limited amount of training it involves. Needling needs to be completed only by licensed acupuncturists who have been educated for years and trained heavily on the subject, and passed national boards in order to practice. It is not safe to have decreased training involved in this practice. Strongly oppose.
