It is completely contrary to public safety to allow athletic trainers to needle their clients.   Pts have a PHD and barely have enough knowledge to do dry needling.   Acupuncturists spend 3 years of full time training and massive continuous education to keep learning and improving on this specific skill and knowledge base.
