PLEASE do not erect unnecessary barriers to women 's access to healthcare.  These proposed regulations would place an undue burden on the most vulnerable of women, which in turn would weaken families.  This is not a step forward for Virginia, but would be a huge step backward solely to mollify those men who want to control women's sexuality.
